Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a qualified candidate to join the Microsoft D365 team for a global consulting leader. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, you will play a crucial role in understanding the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP, and leveraging the product's strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps. Your expertise will contribute to implementations of D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) specifically with Retail and E-Commerce, designing comprehensive solutions, and interacting daily with counterparts. Additionally, you will actively participate in workshops, improving delivery processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.



Day to Day

* Understand the client's business context and operations and translate into effective D365 solutions.

* Leverage the product's capabilities to meet requirements and create value.

* Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O Retail and E-Commerce

* Design holistic solutions, incorporating industry best practices.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and counterparts.

* Contribute to building tools, improving delivery processes, and enhancing knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves

* 5+ years of relevant consulting or project management experience.

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O Retail/E-Commerce solutions.

* 2+ full-cycle implementations in D365 Retail.

* Proficiency in business requirement gathering and documentation and design documentation.

* Experience leading workshops with key stakeholders.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

* A willingness to travel and work on-site as required in Canada.
