Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for a top asset management client. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strong, proactive, and resilient cybersecurity program to keep its clients safe. The candidate will participate in the day-to-day activities related to cybersecurity GRC such as managing and administering existing tools and designing, deploying, improving, and supporting of the security solutions and processes, as well as work on a few major projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Your responsibilities:



· Assess, revise, and update existing cybersecurity policies and procedures.

· Maintain cybersecurity awareness program.

· Assess and follow-up with cybersecurity third-party risk management. Participate as required in the Cyber Security activities for vendor governance that are necessary to reduce the Information Security Risks impacting the organization.

· Discuss the business requirements of our business partners and be able to translate those into cybersecurity requirements.

· Assess the risk of different requests received from the business and IT.

· Be the initial technical resource for deploying the new data loss prevention solution.

· Participate as required in the preparation and implementation of security projects.

· Participate in maintaining a good collaboration with all partners of the cybersecurity team

· Provides a backup role in the absence of other players in the cyber security team to ensure business-as-usual activities are not impacted.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

· Bachelor's degree in cyber security, or other related programs

· At least 2 years of experience as a GRC cyber security analyst;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Aptitude for analysis and assessment;

· Excellent skills in client relations and servicing;

· Innovation, creativity, organized approach, thoroughness, self-sufficiency; and a team player;

· Adaptability and quick learning skills;

· Previous experience in implementing and administering DLP solutions;

· Previous experience in cybersecurity third-party risk management;

Previous experience in documenting Cybersecurity Policies and Procedures
