Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join one of our top Higher Education clients in the Ottawa area for a 1 year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, or Project Management. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, or Project Management.

At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or as a Business Analyst.

Salesforce Certified System Administrator Certification is required.

In-depth knowledge of standard capabilities of Salesforce including customizations, validations, formulas, workflows, process builder, flows, approval process, Salesforce securities, and user management.

Well versed in documenting business requirements, performing tests, and supporting users through the adoption of new functionalities.

Experience documenting AS IS and TO BE business processes.

Strong data management capabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

A second Salesforce certification is preferred, which should be one of the following:

Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
