Job Description

The Consumer Data Platform team sits within the Consumer360 team, as part of the larger Data

and Analytics organization. We are looking for a scrum master who can support both our

European and North American product management & software development teams that work

on our Consumer Data Platform. This scrum master role will be instrumental in helping the team

to work more efficiently and communicate work effectively.



Responsibilities include:

- Facilitate Agile rituals, including standups, grooming, planning, etc.

- Support the product owners in maintaining the product backlog

- Ensure product development requests have complete requirements and help to create

alignment with product priorities where needed

- Help develop and/or support delivery framework for intake, planning, and status

reporting

- Help developers remove blockers to work

- Ensure the development team is fully deployed and leveraged to its maximum capacity

- Track productivity measures and support planning & roadmapping efforts

- Contribute to the advancement & improvement of Agile practices within the organization

Required Skills & Experience

Job qualifications:

- 5+ years in scrum master role

- Knowledgeable of Agile frameworks, methods, project & product management

principles

- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles

- Outstanding communication & facilitation skills

- Experience working across multiple development teams, with diverse stakeholder

groups

- Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Scrum Master certification is a plus
