Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr QA Test Lead to join the QA team at a leading banking client in downtown Toronto. This individual will lead a team of 2-10 overseeing multiple AI and automation programs. Responsibilities will include understanding the projects' requirements, guiding the team, setting the strategy and plan, ensure the team and projects is on track, and removing roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* Strong foundation of QE practice, fundamentals, processes and documentation

- Requirements and design documents -- setting code standards, designs, user flows, etc

- Formulating functional testing plans, build test strategies, test flows, documentation of testing results, etc

- Test documentation, system documentation, end user guides, UI and APIs, unit testing, user performance testing, static code analysis, etc

- End to end from planning stage to release

* Strong experience in functional testing fundamentals

- Regression testing, usability testing, unit testing, etc

- Building test artifacts - creating test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test reports

- Writing documentation on testing activities such as RTMs (requirement traceability matrics), progress reports, defect metrics

- Working with and across different LOBs and stakeholders

- Test automation experience (does not need to be an expert)

* AI experience OR Contact/Call Centre experience (ideally both)

- IVR = Interactive Voice Response -- this is the only area where this team is using AI so AI is not a must have, but if they don't have that IVR experience then they need to have some AI

* Strong experience leading and driving large programs
