Insight Global is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join one of Canada's largest banking institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our third-party advisors regarding various financial products. These communications will take place via email as well as through inbound calls. Hours of operation for this team are between 7 a.m.- 7 p.m., and the ideal candidate would be expected to work rotational shifts as needed.
