Insight Global is looking to bring on a Desktop Support candidate for a large financial services client for a 3-month contract (with possibility of extension). The candidate must be able to work onsite at FCP (100 King St. W), Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. You will be responsible for supporting the End User Support team for the Trade Floor, supporting their day-to-day activities such as imaging and configurations for laptops and mobile devices (with AirWatch SCCM); answering tickets/emails (with Office 365 and ServiceNow); and resolving technical issues. Success in this role will require strong time management skills; quick learning; and an eagerness to grow skills.
- Experience in an IT support role and/or a computer science degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
