Insight Global is looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join the Tech Concierge Team of a major financial institution in Toronto . This candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and solutioning hardware as well as some software issues for internal company employees. This resource will be required to be in office 5 days a week.
- 4+ Experience with troubleshooting corporate phones, (android and apple), laptops, AV systems, printers.
- 4+ years experience wish Windows and MAC OS.
- Hands on experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
- Experience with both remote access and hands on physical technical support.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to handle escalations.
