Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Technical Support/Helpdesk Representative to join a leading Payroll company for a 1-year contract that will potentially lead to a permanent position upon the candidate demonstrating high performance. The candidates will join the Beyond Payroll team, servicing clients by helping them troubleshoot and answer technical questions/problems around their HR software. This role is a hybrid position of customer service and technical support. A day could consist of answering inquiries in regarding account information to case management for escalated issues around HR and technical support of the client's products. The candidates should be very client resolution focused, offering a complete solution to any client needs with white glove service and professional follow-up. The candidates would also be trained on the complex, multiple systems that are used but should feel confident in their ability to pick up the new software quickly. The candidates joining the team will receive thorough training and development so it's essential that each person is committed to the duration of the contract and eager to join a growing team.

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in customer service and energetic/professional phone presence

- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new software/coding (will be taught during training)

- Follow call handling best practices to deliver Service Excellence

- Resolve inbound service requests from internal and external clients

- Strong work ethic

- Fully Bilingual -- French & English

- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
