Insight Global is looking to bring on a Bilingual Customer Support Agent for one of its top banking clients. You will be apart of the branch ATM team and be servicing internal employees. You must be fully bilingual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be open to shift work from Tue-Sat or Mon-Fri from 11am to 7pm. This role will be fully remote after the first 3 weeks of onsite training (in Scarborough or Barrie).
