Position Title: Office Admin - file clerk junior

Summary: The main functions include being responsible to prepare and send out the new account application form to the client. This task will be limited to accounts opened via myWealth that opted for non-centralized mailing. Act as an information and communication distributor for an office.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Compile copy sort and file records of office activities business transactions and other activities. Compute record and proofread data and other information such as records or reports. Maintain and update filing inventory mailing and database systems i.e RIS. Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with employees and other individuals to answer questions disseminate or explain information and address complaints. Answer telephones direct calls and take messages.
  • Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent typically required.

  • Entry level to 2 years administrative/customer service related experience required Skills
  • Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills multi-tasking customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word Outlook MS Teams Excel and PowerPoint required
