Insight Global is searching for a Requirement Engineer to join a team of engineers in the aerospace industry in Oklahoma City. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of expereince writing software requirement specifications using DOORS and CAMEO. This team is supporting two major programs, the E7 upgrades and the KC46 software development lab build out. Upon starting, the manager will dedicate you to a specific program. From there you will have ownership of certain equipment. This team starts the morning with a daily stand-up meeting, from there you will be responsible for mission planning, post mission planning, and requirements for training devices for crew and pilots. You will be translating the specs currently mapped out and ensuring they align with the architects and the requirements are input into CAMEO. In addition to this, you will develop consistent requirements so the finished product is one cohesive company product, align with government needs, test requirements for verifications; align with the hardware team, cyber security team, and software teams.
