Job Description

Overview
OU Health is seeking a Manager, Performance Improvement – Labor Management to lead labor productivity, workforce planning, and performance improvement initiatives across the health system. This role partners with operational and executive leadership to optimize staffing, improve productivity, and support strategic and financial planning through data-driven analytics.
Responsibilities

Monitor labor productivity, staffing performance, and workforce trends.
Analyze labor data using Laborlytics, Workday, Vizient Benchmarking, and Adaptive Planning.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide productivity improvement recommendations.
Support labor forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and variance analysis.
Develop and present KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports.
Lead implementation and integration of labor management processes and systems.
Train leaders on labor management tools, reporting, and productivity best practices.
Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve department goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of healthcare experience.
5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Strong background in labor analytics, workforce planning, finance, or performance improvement.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership abilities.
