Job Description
We are seeking 4 Electrical Engineering Technicians to support one of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers in the development, build, integration, and sustainment of laboratory test systems. These technicians will work closely with engineering teams to build and maintain complex electrical systems, install components and wire bundles, troubleshoot hardware issues, and support system modifications throughout the product lifecycle.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with an aerospace electrical background who enjoy working directly with aircraft electrical systems, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting. The team is seeking experienced technicians rather than design engineers.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Build and support laboratory electrical systems used for aircraft development and testing.
Install, route, bundle, terminate, and secure aircraft wiring and cable assemblies.
Perform component installation, system integration, and hardware modifications.
Troubleshoot electrical systems to verify proper installation, functionality, and safe operation.
Use multimeters and other test equipment to perform continuity checks, electrical testing, fault isolation, and system verification.
Support engineering teams by implementing redlines, engineering changes, and configuration updates.
Maintain system operations and assist with resolving technical issues impacting lab functionality.
Develop, maintain, and revise technical documentation, work instructions, installation procedures, and maintenance records.
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Identify discrepancies between installed hardware and engineering requirements and coordinate corrective actions.
Plan, conduct, and document testing activities on electrical systems and components.
Support validation and verification activities to ensure system performance, reliability, and safety.
Assist with maintenance, repair, retrofit, and modification efforts on laboratory systems.
Coordinate activities with engineers, manufacturing personnel, and suppliers as required.
Maintain compliance with company procedures, aerospace standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
Perform production and technical support activities as assigned.
Compensation: $37/hr to $41/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-Aerospace electrical experience supporting aircraft, avionics, lab systems, or related aerospace programs.
-Experience with wire installation, wire routing, cable harness assembly, and wire bundle fabrication.
-Experience installing and integrating electrical components and assemblies.
-Proficiency using a multimeter for troubleshooting, testing, and electrical verification.
-Ability to read and interpret:
Electrical schematics
Wiring diagrams
Installation drawings
Engineering documentation
-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment alongside engineers and technicians.
-Ability to work 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
-Ability to obtain a clearance
