Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Project Manager for a leading digital infrastructure client specializing in AI-powered, high-density data centers. This candidate will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex data center builds, owning project outcomes across budget, schedule, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires a strong balance of field execution and strategic oversight, supporting multi-phase deployments in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This individual will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and high-touch clients while driving alignment across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years of construction/project management experience
• Proven track record delivering data center construction projects
• Experience with GPU / AI data centers or high-density environments
• Strong budget ownership and financial tracking skills
• Expertise in scheduling and project controls
• Experience managing contractors/vendors and leading large-scale builds
• Ability to forecast and manage cost risk, schedule compression, and change orders
• Strong executive-level communication skills
Ability to balance field execution with strategic oversight
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working closely with commissioning teams (Level 4 involvement)
• Experience operating at a program level across multiple projects
• Background in multi-phase, high-visibility deployments
• Strong client-facing experience with high-touch stakeholders
Experience supporting cross-functional alignment and leadership initiatives
