Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast‑paced office environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day.
Candidates with backgrounds in logistics, office management, receptionist/front desk roles, administrative support, or other high‑volume office environments are encouraged to apply. Strong Excel skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask are essential.
You’ll support daily operations by managing data, updating internal systems, organizing workflows, and helping maintain accurate records of electrical poles, cable routes, and system grids.
Key Responsibilities
Data & System Support
Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of operational data with accuracy.
Work within internal systems to plot electrical poles, map cable connections, and update grid layouts.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy across all records.
Track updates, corrections, and workflow changes in real time.
Excel & Reporting
Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, filters) to organize and analyze data.
Generate reports and summaries for operations, engineering, and management teams.
Clean, merge, and format datasets to support daily workflows.
Operational Coordination
Support day‑to‑day operations by managing schedules, documentation, and workflow tracking.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely updates.
Assist with organizing files, records, and project information.
General Office Support
Help streamline processes and improve organization across the department.
Take on a variety of administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Adapt to shifting priorities and support multiple projects at once.

Required Skills & Experience

Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Experience in logistics, office management, receptionist/front desk work, administrative support, or similar roles.
A willingness to wear multiple hats and jump in wherever needed.
High School Diploma
