Job Description

The Integrated Operations Center Technician is responsible for monitoring alarms, alerts, and system activity across IT systems and security platforms to identify potential issues that could impact operations, safety, or reliability. When an alert or event occurs, they are the first point of contact—reviewing what happened, following established procedures, and taking appropriate action.
This role works in an integrated operations and security monitoring center, where the primary responsibility is to continuously monitor both IT systems and physical security systems to maintain operational reliability, safety, and situational awareness. The individual serves as the first point of contact for alerts and events, responding to IT system notifications as well as physical security alarms such as cameras, intrusion detection, and access control systems. They follow established procedures to assess issues, document and track incidents through work tickets, and coordinate with internal teams, external service providers, and, when necessary, law enforcement to ensure timely resolution. The role also supports badge access management, security investigations, company‑wide safety and security alerts, and required compliance reporting, while maintaining detailed logs and records in accordance with company standards.
This role follows clear procedures and cybersecurity standards, works under direct supervision, and is designed for someone early in their career who can stay organized, calm, and attentive in a monitoring environment that may include nights, weekends, or holidays.
Compensation:
$25/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
