Job Description

We are seeking a strong Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead a 11‑person paving crew on large-scale DOT highway and corridor projects, primarily in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and throughout Oklahoma. This individual will be responsible for running daily paving operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a crew with a strong focus on culture, communication, and accountability. This role is open to experienced Foremen or high-performing Lead Operators ready to step up into a Foreman role with demonstrated leadership capability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of asphalt paving experience
• Proven leadership experience (Foreman, Lead Operator, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience operating:
○ Roller
○ Screed
○ Paver
○ MTV / Transfer Machine
• Strong communication skills with the ability to be transparent and proactive with supervisors
• Comfortable using technology and mobile applications in the field
• Ability to work flexible schedules including 30% night work
• Ability to work 6 days per week
○ Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and I‑9 verification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• CDL‑A (strong plus)
• Current DOT Physical
• Knowledge of distributor truck operations
• Prior DOT project experience
Quality control experience (preferred / may be required)
