Job Description
The Administrative / Materials Clerk provides clerical, administrative, and storeroom support to ensure materials, supplies, and information are accurately processed and available to support daily operations, maintenance schedules, and emergency needs. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, receiving and inspecting materials, issuing inventory using computerized systems, maintaining accurate records and logs, and supporting supply chain and field operations through data entry, ordering supplies, and creating requisitions. The position works under direct supervision, follows established procedures, and requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environment
Compensation:
$23.97/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Administrative / clerical experience
○ Answering phones, greeting visitors, handling mail
○ Data entry, filing, basic reporting
- Inventory or materials handling exposure
○ Receiving and inspecting materials
○ Issuing materials, maintaining logs, basic stock control
○ Comfortable working in a storeroom / warehouse environment
- Computer proficiency
○ MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word at a minimum)
○ Comfortable with inventory or ERP systems
- Strong data accuracy & record keeping
○ Emphasis on logs, compliance, and audit readiness
