Job Description
On a day‑to‑day basis, the role manages customer pricing, quotes and bids, contract support, rebates, and marketing fund tracking, while also supporting new product pricing. Beyond execution, the role focuses heavily on process improvement, building tools and financial models, improving systems, and leading projects that make sales operations faster, more accurate, and more scalable.
The position works cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, and other teams, using strong data analysis and Excel skills to support decision‑making and ensure sales strategies are financially sound. Success in the role requires attention to detail, strong judgment, collaboration, and a data‑driven mindset, with minimal travel required.
Compensation:
$32/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative or analytical focus
• 2+ years of experience in process development, analytics, project management, or related roles
• Strong financial, cost, and profitability modeling skills
• MS Excel proficiency - (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, structured tables, named arrays)
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and results‑driven mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience with pricing, contracts, bids, or rebate/incentive programs
• SQL or VBA database experience
