Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an Epic Cadence/Prelude/Grand Central Principal Trainer to join a team at the largest academic medical system in the state of Oklahoma. This person will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training sessions for Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central users. They will collaborate with application coordinators, training managers, and adoption leads to create and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and e-learning modules that support successful Epic EHR adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the training environment, ensuring it remains in sync with other Epic environments, and updating content as new features are deployed. The trainer will assess and credential other trainers, provide one-on-one coaching to Epic users, and troubleshoot training-related issues. They will also lead project planning for training initiatives, estimate training needs, and calculate the population to be trained. This role requires strong presentation skills, Epic module certifications, and a passion for empowering users with the tools and knowledge to use Epic proficiently.

Compensation:
$85,000 and up based on experience

Required Skills & Experience

- Completed bachelor’s degree
- Epic Patient Access Certification
o Epic Cadence
o Epic Prelude
o Epic Grand Central
- Epic Grand Central Principal Trainer Certification
- 2-3 years of experience as a Principal Trainer
- Experience creating/configuration of training materials
- Great communication/teaching skills
- Ability to develop and present formal presentation
