Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Logistics Analyst to join a large manufacturing company in Oklahoma City. In this role you will be responsible for the full coordination of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery aligned with customer and business needs. Additionally, you will be manage the freight claims process from start to resolution, including documentation, submission, tracking, and root cause analysis to improve shipping performance and cost efficiency. The position also involves monitoring carrier performance, analyzing logistics data, and recommending process improvements. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include experience with freight claims, carrier negotiations, Incoterms, and logistics reporting tools.
Compensation:
$24/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight management.
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with freight claims and carrier negotiations.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and international customs documentation.
Experience using business intelligence or reporting tools for logistics data
