Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join the team of one of their fastest growing government clients. This individual will be joining the team as a direct hire employee and will be a key part of digital initiatives. This role is responsible for integrating emerging technologies with exists OT systems, improving data flow between OT and IT, and modernizing production and asset management processes. They will be implementing digital transformation strategies and make sure that they align with overall business strategy and goals. This person will work closely with IT, engineering, and production teams and will be leading change management efforts to support digital adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Operational Technology, industrial automation, or digital transformation
Understanding of OT systems such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, sensors, industrial networks
Experience with IT/OT integration, including cloud connectivity, data platforms and cyber security
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or comparable academic discipline
Project management experience
Ability to obtain a secret clearance

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g. CISSP ISA/IEC 62443), project management (e.g. PMP, Prosci Change Management), or Six Sigma
