Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a ServiceNow Architect to lead platform design and delivery across the enterprise. This role will drive automation of critical business processes, maintain architectural standards, and ensure platform integrity and efficiency. The architect will collaborate with IT teams, serve as the primary contact with ServiceNow, and lead strategic planning and technical design. Responsibilities include scripting, integration, workflow automation, and mentoring developers and admins.
Compensation:
$120,000 and up based on experience
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and SPM modules
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Advanced scripting: Glide functions/APIs, JavaScript (ES5 & ES6), JSON, XML, AngularJS, Jelly, HTML, CSS
• Experience with: Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Playbooks, Decision Tables, Process Automation Designer, Service Portal, Widgets, UI Macros, UI Pages, ServiceNow Studio, Scoped App Dev, REST API
• Strong integration and data modeling experience
• Agile development experience
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plus:
• Experience implementing AI features in ServiceNow
• Experience with strategic planning and platform efficiency
• Familiarity with PHI/PII data integrity standards
• Experience presenting to senior/executive leadership
• Knowledge of future ServiceNow platform directions and releases
