Job Description

The Project Manager will support and coordinate the successful delivery of Service Oklahoma projects, ranging from process improvements to technology implementations. This role is responsible for ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with agency priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of senior leadership.

· Tracking project progress, updating timelines, and communicating changes to stakeholders.

· Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and partner agencies to ensure smooth project execution.

· Identifying potential risks or issues and escalating them to senior leadership as needed.

· Facilitating project meetings, documenting key decisions, and maintaining accurate records.

· Ensuring compliance with agency policies, IT security standards, and relevant regulations.

· Supporting continuous improvement efforts in project management processes and tools.

Compensation: $48/hr to $53/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
· 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in technology, operations, or public sector environments.
· Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
· Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Effective written and verbal communication abilities, with skill in presenting to diverse audiences.
· Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
· PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification preferred, but not required.
