Insight Global is seeking a Talent Support Specialist to join the team for a large oil and gas company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for managing all stages of the staffing workflow, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality onboarding experiences for new employees. Key duties include coordinating with internal stakeholders, utilizing Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding modules to generate offer letters, initiating background and medical screenings, and ensuring compliance with all pre-employment processes. The position also requires accurate coding of new hire data in PeopleSoft, maintaining staffing components on the SharePoint team site, and providing responsive, customer-focused support to new hires and HR staff. Additionally, the role involves identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting the implementation of new Taleo Onboarding workflows, while keeping leadership informed of potential issues.
