Job Description
Insight Global is searching for a Noc Administrator to join a team at an academic medical system in Oklahoma City. This person will work alongside 2 other noc analysts while monitoring the noc/network system for the hospital. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience and is available to work an on-call schedule. Every day starts with monitoring Big Panda and the Catalyst Center. The team has a daily morning meeting to discuss ongoing tasks and any new issues. Throughout the day, ServiceNow is used to manage tickets, which can involve a wide range of tasks, ensuring that the team is always ready to tackle anything that comes their way.
Compensation:
$85,000 and up based on experience
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of noc/networking/ experience
- Completed bachelors degree
- Servicenow or ticketing system experience
- Able to pass drug test and background check
- Willing to get CCNA Cert if they do not already have
