Insight Global is searching for a Data Specialist for a large oil and gas client in Tulsa, OK. In this role, your main responsibilities will include managing and organizing inbound and outbound documents according to company procedures, recording physical and electronic documents, performing quality control and documentation review checks, entering data, updating records, tracking deliverables, and administering document and system access rights. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of prior experience in a similar role and be proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently while effectively multitasking and managing their time, and strong organizational skills.
