Day to Day:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through effective maintenance practices. This role requires a combination of problem-solving abilities and strong customer service skills. The Maintenance Specialist will play a crucial role in fulfilling work orders, performing repairs, and enhancing the overall functionality of the facility.
Responsibilities include:
• Completing work orders submitted through out the day (examples below but not limited to these)
Sheet rocking
Patching
Valves
Leaks
Door maintenance
Problem solving individually and collaborating with team to resolve complex repairs
Compensation:
$17/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
