Insight Global is searching for a senior help desk analyst to join a large company in Oklahoma City. This candidate will be responsible for providing technical support of the organization's desktop computing environment while ensuring exceptional customer service in response to incidents and requests across the organization. In addition, they will be responsible for creating work tickets to ensure proper tracking, prioritization, and escalation of technical incidents and requests.
