Insight Global is searching for a desktop support technician to join a large company in Oklahoma City. This candidate will be responsible for technical support of the organization's desktop computing environment while ensuring customer service in response to incidents and requests enterprise wide. In addition, they will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

- Associates degree in Computer Technology or related IT degree
- 2+ years of desktop support experience
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Windows 7/10, Active Directory, HyperV, VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, Office 365, Remote Desktop Services, and LAN/WAN.
- Experience with hardware and application support
- Experience with remote access using VPNs and MFA
