Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Oklahoma City, OK for a 9 month contract to hire position. This person will be cross trained on customer service phone operating, as well as a Tele-Sitter virtual patient monitoring system, which this person will be rotating between. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion when communicating with patients and caregivers. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and are open 24/7, so this role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays. There is a rotating system when it comes to working on weekends.
