Insight Global is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative in the Oklahoma City area to join one of our largest Federal Integrator clients. This person will be joining the Network Operations Center team supporting the FAA unified communication system assisting with telephony and phone troubleshooting and support. They must be a self starter and during downtime this person will be completing administrative duties, running reports, and monitoring networks.
- Customer service experience (good phone presence)
- Technical aptitude (ability to navigate different systems)
- Detail oriented (must be good at documenting call info in their system)
- Comfortable with Morning, Evening, weekends, and night shifts.
- Ability to obtain FAA Suitability clearance (no medical marijuana cards/delinquent student loans/bankruptcy claims)
