Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Supervisor to oversee a team of 7 help desk technicians at a manufacturing company for oil and gas control equipment in Oklahoma City, OK. This person will be working with all departments to ensure IT Is providing the highest level of support by diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues as well as providing guidance and sharing knowledge to the help desk technicians. Some other responsibilities will include designing and delivering solutions that meet the user requirements and enhance their productivity, monitor, and maintain weekly KPIs of the helpdesk team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes, and ensuring accurate asset lifecycle reporting and coordinate timely orders of endpoints to meet business needs. The IT Support Supervisor will be the last escalation step for any problems the help desk technicians cannot resolve. The help desk technicians are also divided into two time shifts which is reason for the IT Support Supervisor to be on call. Overall, this person will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
