Job Description

* Manage and escalate issues and problems

* Align goals across 2 organizations

* Enhancements, optimization requests, upgrades, etc. - any changes in the system

* Customer that just went live: surgical apps are most important

* Good management skills, good relationship skills -- all about success management and keeping ppl happy

* Integris uses Cerner lab- moving to beaker (epic model that does lab) - strategic initiate on road map -- Has to work with customer to get this fit into their road map -- this person bridges that road map gap

* Will eventually carry more than 1 site in this role, within 6 months will have 2-3 sites

Required Skills & Experience

Has implemented Epic in a hospital

Strong communication and relationship building skills

Effective problem solving

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Slicer dicer, Signal, financial pulse -- modules in Epic to manage performance
