Job Description
A data analytics company is looking for a Data Analyst in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This person will be joining the Data Quality team responsible for auditing various data sources and data products. This person will be specifically responsible for auditing their Bankruptcy Data Product, and will perform daily, weekly and monthly processes to populate tables. They'll work heavily with SQL (queries, joins, unions, select, delete, insert, stored procedures, etc.), excel (functions, vlookups, etc.), and Kettle (to run Kettle jobs). This person will be trained by a cross-trained teammate and learn the entire auditing process. They'll be expected to own their entire audit process from start to finish, learn the Kettle tool really well, and overtime, work to improve processes, inefficiencies, fill gaps in the process and automate tasks as needed. We're seeking a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills to join a fast-paced environment and growing organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Proficient in SQL (queries, joins, unions, select, delete, insert, stored procedures, etc.)
- Knowledge in, or ability to learn Kettle and run Kettle jobs
- Proficient in excel (functions, v-lookups)
- Desire to learn new technologies and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills and follow-up skills/responsiveness
- Self-motivated with ability to completely own a process/product
