Job Description
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Southwest territory.
Drive capital equipment sales through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
Build relationships with neurosurgeons, orthopedic spine surgeons, hospital leadership, and key stakeholders.
Present and demonstrate AR technology in clinical and operating room environments.
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Partner with clinical, operations, marketing, and product teams to support customer success.
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of capital medical device sales experience.
Proven success selling to neurosurgery and/or orthopedic spine customers.
Established relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers in the Southwest region.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic selling skills.
Experience using CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred
Operating Room experience and clinical case support.
Experience with AR/VR, robotics, surgical navigation, or advanced imaging technologies.
Enterprise capital sales experience involving Value Analysis Committees (VACs) and executive stakeholders.
Experience working with independent distributors is a plus.
