Job Description

The Help Desk Analyst I (HDA I) supports the IT organization by assisting with the automation, implementation, and support of new technologies that help maintain a current, stable, and optimized desktop environment. This role serves as a highly skilled technical support professional responsible for desktop support, software deployment, troubleshooting, customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of desktop support concepts, hardware, software, and software licensing practices.
Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying desktop and laptop systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Experience installing and supporting hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced support environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with ServiceNow and Knowledge Base management is preferred.
