Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead a high-profile business transformation initiative involving the implementation of a new underwriting and new business workbench platform. This individual will be responsible for driving program execution across multiple business units, ensuring strategic objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business value.
The Enterprise Program Manager will provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the program, including planning, governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and vendor coordination. This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful delivery of program outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading complex enterprise initiatives, influencing senior leaders, and driving results in fast-paced environments. They possess the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution while effectively managing competing priorities and organizational change.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
• Establish program governance, reporting, and communication structures to ensure executive visibility
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define objectives, priorities, milestones, and success metrics
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource planning activities
• Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, business units, and delivery teams
• Coordinate activities with third-party vendors and external partners to ensure successful execution
• Facilitate decision-making by identifying tradeoffs, mitigating risks, and escalating issues as needed
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, processes, and quality expectations
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership and program sponsors

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing program budgets, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment
• Experience translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Insurance or financial services industry experience
• Experience implementing business transformation or modernization initiatives
• Experience managing third-party vendors or consulting partners
• Knowledge of organizational change management practices
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
