A client of Insight Global is looking to bring an Operations Specialist on to the team in their Dublin distro center. The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate movement of goods through all stages of warehouse operations - while also analyzing performance and optimizing processes to aid in continuous improvement. This role combines hands-on execution with process oversight, aiming to meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets while maintaining compliance with safety standards. Estimated pay 25-27/HR

Required Skills & Experience
- HS Diploma at minimum, Bach degree in supply chain or operations preferred
- Experience working in a distribution center
o Warehouse systems (WMS/ERP), inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Analytical thinker- this role is hands on but also requires someone who can use excel and help evaluate data for continuous improvement
- Has worked with equipment- forklift, picker, etc
- Someone looking for growth- for the right fit this could be long term opportunity and someone who wants to really get engrained and grow
