Job Description
• Build, maintain, and analyze complex Primavera P6 project schedules
• Develop project activities, logic ties, milestones, and schedule baselines
• Provide schedule updates and risk analysis to project teams and leadership
• Lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders
• Identify schedule risks/issues and recommend mitigation strategies
• Train and mentor junior schedulers
• Support reporting, metrics, earned value management, and schedule/cost integration
• Maintain scheduling standards and best practices across the organization
• Work closely with project teams, contractors, and AEP leadership to ensure successful project execution

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience
• Currently using P6 or has used it recently
• Utility, construction management, transmission, substation, engineering, or related project scheduling experience
• Bachelor's degree + 8 years relevant experience OR Associate's degree + 10 years relevant experience
• Strong schedule development, critical path methodology, baseline management, and schedule analysis experience
• Experience identifying schedule risks, delays, and mitigation plans
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Transmission project experience
• Substation project experience
• Engineering project scheduling experience
• Construction scheduling experience
• Earned Value Management (SPI/CPI) experience
• Cost tracking, forecasting, and project budget experience
• Project Management certification (PMP)
• Experience administering scheduling systems and user security roles
