Job Description

A client of ours is seeking a Land Survey Technician to support their growing Surveying & Engineering division. This role is responsible for assisting with land surveying projects through map drafting, survey calculations, legal descriptions, field data processing, and research. The technician will work closely with survey leadership, engineering teams, and field crews to support utility and infrastructure projects throughout the region.

Required Skills & Experience

- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience
- Education Highschool
- 2 + years of experience using CAD in office and field land surveying.
- Experience with processing field data, preparation of topographic and boundary surveys, horizontal and vertical alignments, construction staking, writing metes and bounds descriptions, performing survey calculations.
Valid driver license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's in engineering
- Bilingual
