Job Description

A client in the Transportation & Logistics industry is seeking a highly experienced Integration Manager for a 6-month engagement supporting a strategic acquisition. This individual will serve as the primary leader responsible for developing and executing the integration strategy from due diligence through post-close integration activities.
This is a net-new integration effort that is still in the planning stages, creating an opportunity for the right leader to help shape the integration roadmap, identify potential risks, establish governance structures, and proactively prepare the organization for a successful transition. The organization operates within a decentralized environment, making this role ideal for someone who excels at listening, learning, influencing stakeholders, and building alignment across various functions and business units.
The successful candidate will bring experience supporting numerous acquisitions throughout their career and possess the ability to balance executive-level strategy with hands-on execution. This is not a role with a large support team; the Integration Manager will be expected to build trackers, drive accountability, facilitate meetings, remove roadblocks, and engage directly with everyone from executive leadership, including the COO, to operational teams in the field. The ideal candidate has a "whatever it takes" mindset and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

• Advanced experience tracking, measuring, and reporting business outcomes, risks, milestones, and integration progress using Excel and executive-level reporting tools
• Extensive program management experience with the ability to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong executive presence with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, functional stakeholders, and external partners
• Experience operating in decentralized environments and driving alignment across diverse business units and leadership teams
• Hands-on leader with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality who is comfortable owning both strategic planning and day-to-day execution
• Willing to travel 40–50% to support integration workshops, leadership meetings, operational assessments, and key milestones across both organizations
