Job Description

Manager, Financial Systems & Solutions
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Manager, Financial Systems & Solutions to support a rapidly expanding global organization experiencing significant growth through acquisitions and operational expansion.
This role sits at the intersection of Accounting, Finance, Business Transformation, and ERP Systems, serving as a key liaison between Finance, IT, HR, Procurement, and other business functions. The ideal candidate combines a strong accounting foundation with experience translating business requirements into scalable financial system solutions.
The Manager, Financial Systems & Solutions will lead and participate in strategic initiatives related to ERP enhancements, acquisitions integration, process standardization, financial reporting improvements, and operational scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities
• Lead financial systems projects supporting business growth, acquisitions, and operational expansion.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to define and document business requirements.
• Translate accounting and finance requirements into ERP and systems solutions.
• Support ERP implementations, configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, controls, and scalability.
• Participate in acquisition due diligence efforts from a finance and accounting systems perspective.
• Assist with post-merger integration activities, including process standardization and systems harmonization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and data visibility.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and system requirements.
• Support SOX controls, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools to provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing stakeholder priorities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience, including direct involvement with:
o ERP implementations
o ERP configuration and design
o Systems conversions
o Business process improvement
• Functional expertise in at least one major ERP platform:
o Oracle EBS (strongly preferred)
o SAP
o Similar enterprise ERP systems
• Strong understanding of:
o US GAAP
o Revenue Recognition (ASC 606)
o Cost Accounting
o Intercompany Accounting
• Experience operating within complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• CPA (US or International)
• Oracle EBS R12 experience including:
o General Ledger (GL)
o Accounts Payable (AP)
o Accounts Receivable (AR)
o Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS)
o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
o Project Accounting
• SQL experience
• SOX compliance and controls experience
• Experience with:
o Smartsheet
o Lucidchart
o Snowflake
o Power Automate
o Automic
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
• Experience supporting acquisitions and post-merger integrations
