Job Description

• Drive Internal Audit quality assurance initiatives
• Research, develop, and implement audit policies and procedures
• Ensure consistency in audit methodology across audit teams
• Monitor adherence to professional audit standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities within Internal Audit
• Partner with audit leadership on governance and best practices
• Support AuditBoard and other audit tools as needed
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, and business leaders
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts
• Provide guidance to auditors on methodology, standards, and documentation expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of Internal Audit, Risk, or related experience
• Experience being part of audits
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and professional standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence and partner with audit leaders and stakeholders
• Experience developing or improving audit processes, documentation, or frameworks
• Strong organizational and project management skills
