Job Description
The Governance & Risk Systems Administrator will support the administration and day-to-day operations of OneTrust Governance & AI, TPRM and Cookie and Consent solutions. This role will focus on workflow execution, supplier assessments, reporting, remediation tracking, documentation, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
OneTrust Governance & AI Support
Maintain governance workflows and assessment templates. Support AI governance reviews and policy documentation. Assist with audit preparation and evidence collection. Monitor system activity and user requests
OneTrust TPRM Support
Administer supplier onboarding and reassessment workflows. Maintain questionnaires, risk scoring, and remediation tracking. Coordinate supplier documentation and compliance evidence. Monitor third-party risk metrics and escalation activities
OneTrust Cookie and Consent Support
Administer cookie consent banners, preference centers, and consent workflows. Maintain cookie categorizations, scanning schedules, and consent configurations. Monitor consent metrics, scan results, and compliance reporting activities. Assist with troubleshooting website consent issues and user support requests
Reporting & Documentation
Generate operational and executive reporting dashboards. Maintain SOPs and governance documentation. Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting support. Support user training and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience
Required
3–5 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, or enterprise systems administration
Experience with workflow platforms or SaaS administration
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience managing documentation and reporting
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred
OneTrust experience
Experience with ESG, sustainability, or supplier risk programs
Knowledge of audit and compliance processes
