Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to support its small, fast‑moving corporate team. This is a critical role responsible for keeping day‑to‑day office operations running smoothly while supporting accounts receivable and HR administrative functions.
This position requires someone who can operate independently, prioritize effectively, and step into a role with minimal hand‑holding. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a collaborative, low‑bureaucracy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Financial Support
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic financial administration
Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing questions and payment issues
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
HR & People Administration
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee documentation and records
Assist with general HR administrative coordination
Office & Administrative Operations
Manage day‑to‑day office operations for the corporate team
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
Maintain accurate, organized filing systems and internal documentation
Coordinate supplies, vendors, and general office needs
Cross‑Functional Support
Partner closely with leadership and team members across departments
Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in an administrative role supporting multiple functional areas (administration, finance, HR, or operations)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel (including formulas)
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Healthcare or medical services industry background
Exposure to HR or compliance‑related administrative tasks
