Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Press Brake Operator in [LOCATION]. This individual will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to blueprint specifications. They will select the appropriate tooling and machine settings, perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools, and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This person will also perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, maintain a safe and organized work area, and work closely with the production team to meet manufacturing goals.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year of experience operating a press brake or similar metal fabrication equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
