Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Advanced Industrial Engineer to lead and drive a large-scale ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) initiative focused on automated material handling. This individual will serve as a key leader on the project, overseeing planning, execution, and communication efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. The initial project is expected to last approximately two years, with opportunities to support additional automation and logistics initiatives afterward. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ASRS systems, a background in robotics, automation, and logistics, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: $100k-110k

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Mechatronics).
• 5+ years of experience in Tier 1 automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
• 4+ years of experience with automated material handling.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred:
• Project Management experience.
• AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Ability to conduct data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
