Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English) for a leading client in the insurance industry. This individual will support a fast-paced customer service environment by handling inbound and outbound communications, managing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy within internal systems. The role requires full fluency in French and English, as documentation may be entirely in French while customer interactions are primarily conducted in English. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a diverse, team-oriented setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, gain industry knowledge, and transition into a full-time role after a 90-day contract period.

Required Skills & Experience

- 100% fluent in French and English (expert level verbal + written)
- 2–4 years of CSR / call center experience
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- French Canadian language proficiency
- Exposure to insurance industry
- Experience in Bilingual role
